Trieste Trasporti Ltd. is pleased to publish its Service Charter 2018, a document informing the citizens about the company’s activities, services, and the quality objectives set for future developments.
The Service Charter is the expression of our commitment to guarantee our clients their right to mobility, according to the law and under the best possible conditions.
The Charter is also the result of the Company’s ongoing process towards Quality, which already lead to obtaining the Quality Certification under the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 provisions.
